Wherever we are asked we find a way
Pebbles is Shane’s everything; she’s his family. Shane needed urgent vet help for Pebbles who suddenly started vomiting. Shane called us in absolute distress, and we raced them both to the vet.
The vet examined Pebbles, took x-rays and blood tests, paid for by your contributions. Pebbles recovered and is one of the lucky ones. But we know more people and their pets will need our help this winter as word continues to spread about the work we do.
We push away the thought that a decision to surrender our beloved pet wouldn’t come down to a matter of a few hundred dollars. Without you, Shane would have had to make that devastating choice.
