By raising funds to support Pets of the Homeless Australia’s essential services, you’ll ensure people facing homelessness receive the help they need when they need it.
There are two ways of doing this;
Host a donation box
With just a small bit of bench space on your checkout counter or reception desk, you can collect donations for Pets of the Homeless Australia. You’ll be amazed at how quickly even the smallest donations add up in your donation box and how it can make a very positive difference to the lives of the people and their pets.
All you have to do is give the donation box a fabulous home in a high traffic and easily accessible area of your premise. A volunteer will visit to drop the donation box off and from there, check in occasionally to say a quick hello and to swap it over. It costs you nothing and is so easy!

Here are some ideas
- Ask family and friends to donate $20 in honour of your 20th birthday
- Do a fun run to raise funds
- Ask for donations instead of wedding gifts
- Set yourself a challenge eg Colour your hair, no alcohol for a month.
